One of my favorite quotes from @brandautopsy is "#socialmedia helps small businesses look bigger and Big Brands look smaller."  I understand that a small business can leverage social media to get in front of customers, provide better customer service, and have a meaningful relationship with the people they provide products and/or service too.  The big brands already do the same thing with social media.

However, BIG BRANDS can now actually know who their customers are instead of using a "generic" customer persona.
